BAR CUTTING

  • Up to 400mm dia
  • Cut-to-size billets
  • Tolerance of +/- 0.5mm
  • All billets hard-stamped
  • Deburring facilities

CUT TO SIZE SHEET

  • Stocking up to 6m x 2m size sheets
  • Cut-to-size tolerance of +/- 0.1mm
  • Shearing up to 5m length
  • Nesting facility to maximise utilisation
  • Profiled and finished part size
  • Identification to match customer requirements
  • Vacuum handling equipment

WATERJET CUTTING

  • Up to 200mm thick
  • 4m x 3m bed
  • Virtually any shape
  • Can dramatically improve material utilisation

PLASTIC COATING

  • 2 m maximum width
  • Coating on one or both sides
  • A variety of different grades of coating (e.g Nitto)

TUBE CUTTING

  • Precision cutting to length of thin-wall tubes
